This property welcomes pets with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300, requiring confirmation at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted on any bedding or furniture, and guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $500.

Twin Bridges Marina is about a 7-minute car ride to the property.

There is a charcoal grill for guests use. Be sure to bring your own charcoal.

Walmart is 10 minutes from the property. The nearest other grocery area is Kroger in Milledgeville near 15 minutes away. There is also additional dining and entertainment in Milledgeville.

Located in Eatonton, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair, while Uncle Remus Museum and Andalusia are cultural highlights. The Plaza Arts Center and John Marlor Arts Center are also worth visiting.
