Cashel on the Lake will feel like a home away from home! Perfect for the PGA Masters stay (1 hour from Augusta) and easy ride to Georgia College and GMC.

Gorgeous, secluded lakefront home on 1.8 acres located at the mouth of Crooked Creek / Lake Sinclair.  A 90-minute drive from Atlanta, Cashel is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 

For the boating enthusiast, a quick trip up Crooked Creek will take you to Lake Oconee Wallace Damn (No access to Lake Oconee by water) in less than a half-hour (or 35 minutes by car).

10 comfortably, 14 utilizing the 2 sleeper sofas. Large enough for the whole family or perfect for a group of friends.  

The property includes a private boat dock. 2 kayaks with life jackets and paddles, floating lily pad, fishing rods w/ rod holders - everything you need to enjoy a day on the lake. The water depth at the dock ranges from 4-6 ft. 

Additional outdoor amenities include a large backyard with a cozy firepit, English garden, upper deck seating and a lower/underdeck patio area complete with a TV, two propane grills (Propane not provided) and a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal).  There is also a TV on the boat dock.
 
Wi-Fi extends inside and out - so you are connected anywhere on the property (and could even work if you had to!)

Fish, kayak, float, swim...There are so many ways to enjoy the lake, just steps outside the back door. 

Spend a day off the lake experiencing the small-town, southern charm of nearby Eatonton or Milledgeville.

Lake views from a large, open, with kitchen island and sitting room connected to a private sunroom with sleeper sofa. The master bedroom with a connected bathroom, two additional bedrooms, a private laundry room and 1.5 additional bathrooms are all located on the main floor.

Outdoor Patio has ceiling fans, TV, grills, speaker system, outdoor dining and additional seating

This property welcomes pets with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300, requiring confirmation at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted on any bedding or furniture, and guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $500.

Guest Access:
Guest will be able to access the entire house with the exception of the garage, locked owners closet in Masters (guests may use the additional closet in masters room). There is also a locked supply closet in the hallway and a locked storage closet downstairs.

Located in Eatonton, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair, while Uncle Remus Museum and Andalusia Farm are cultural highlights. The Plaza Arts Center and Andalusia are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, kayaking and water skiing adventures can be found near the property.
