This three bedroom three bath home accommodates up to eight guests and is located in the Great Waters community at Reynolds Lake Oconee along the 9th hole with seasonal lake views.
Community amenities include access to docks for boat parking, marina access, tennis courts, beach areas, and a lakeside swimming pool that opens at the end of May. These features provide multiple recreation options throughout the stay while keeping the home in a quiet residential setting.
Inside, the home includes open living areas arranged for comfortable group gatherings along with a fully equipped kitchen suitable for everyday meals and longer stays. Bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed across the layout to provide privacy and convenience for families or small groups.
The property is pet friendly, allowing guests to travel with dogs while maintaining a well-maintained home environment.

We do monitor our house with our outside cameras.
You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
