The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, covered entry, a private swimming pool (heated for a fee), an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a fish-cleaning area, a park-style grill, and convenient beach access across the street. Enclosed foyer stairs and elevator are available for guest use to provide access to the floors above.

The second floor is a great gathering place for your crew with an open floor plan and an easy flow between living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area offers stunning Gulf views, lots of comfortable seating, a TV, an electric fireplace, and direct deck access. Outside, the covered decks are furnished and offer lots of options for enjoying coastal views, relaxation time, and alfresco dining! Back inside, the spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare coastal feasts and there is plenty of seating at mealtime at the dining table and bar counter stools. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
