Living Room with ample and comfortable seating which provides a relaxed, coastal atmosphere.
Dining Area with a large table seating 6, and an additional table that seats 4. Everyone can gather together.
The well equipped kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stainless appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for four.
This top level also offers a bedroom with a queen size bed. There is also a half bath on this level.

Private Pool with a large pool patio—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
Multiple Decks that offer great views of the surrounding area, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or sunset views.
