Vaulted beam ceilings, natural textures, and colorful coastal accents create a bright, inviting living space that opens directly to the balcony—ideal for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, or soaking in the sea breeze. Multiple rooms enjoy direct access to the porch, keeping the outdoors always within reach.

The spacious Gulf-facing balcony is the heart of the home—perfect for unwinding after a beach day or watching the sky light up over the water. With the Gulf just across the street, beach days are easy and uncrowded, making this an ideal home base for couples or families looking to slow down and reconnect.
The Blue Bungalow delivers classic St. George Island charm with modern comfort—peaceful, scenic, and effortlessly coastal.
-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+TAX will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
-Please plan to bring beach towels for your stay.
