Recently renovated, this 3BR/2.5BA beachfront home is located on the East End neighborhood of SGI and only 2 miles from the State Park entrance.
The Gulf front open living area boasts sparkling Gulf views from every window with large, sliding glass doors that open onto a covered beachfront deck.
The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and food pantry. The breakfast bar seats up to 4 with a large dining table that accommodates the entire family. A convenient nearby half bath also holds our full-size washer and dryer.
The beautifully decorated living room offers comfortable seating and lounging with large, flat screen TV, boardgames and DVD library.
Just past the living room is a Gulf front King bedroom w/ deck access and a bunk bedroom with 4 single beds. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The full bathroom with combination tub/shower separates these bedrooms.
Wake up to sparkling water views from the top floor King Master suite with private balcony overlooking white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious suite offers a large walk-in closet w/ an additional Twin bed sleeping space and a private bathroom with large soaking tub, tiled shower stall and double sink w/ vanity.
Outdoor amenities include a fish cleaning sink, outdoor shower and foot wash station, covered parking, private beach boardwalk and charcoal park-style grill.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in East End, a neighborhood in St. George Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve and Orman House Historic State Park, while St. George Lighthouse and Dixie Theatre are cultural highlights. Downtown Books & Purl and Apalachicola Chocalate Company are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
