Welcome to Feelin Froggy, this home’s name was coined one perfect evening while enjoying a cocktail on the porch overlooking the moonlight on the pond and listening to our little froggy friends along with the other island sounds and breeze. Just a short distance to both beach and bay this tranquil setting among the natural vegetation will have you and your family never wanting to leave. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the passing birds: seagulls, osprey, bald eagle and blue heron to name a few. Take a step inside and fall in love with this charming St George Island cozy home as not a detail was missed with the comfort of you and your family in mind.

With comfortable furnishings and calming color palette, relaxing is simple. Gather in the living room area to enjoy a movie or family game night, and in the chilly months feel free to make use of the electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream with plenty of sparkle quartz counter space for meal prep and new stainless-steel appliances making preparing the catch of the day a breeze. For your convenience there is a refrigerator and mini prep kitchen on the ground floor for grilling food prep and beverages. If it is time to eat, join together in our Lily Pad Cove area on the spacious deck shaded by palm trees and scrub oaks and dine alfresco. Soak up some Florida sun while relaxing or reading a book in our lounge chairs on the brick paver patio and if you need to cool off... jump in for a splash in our aqua salt water pool with places to sit or float. When it is time to retire after a long day of play two spacious bedrooms are provided on the main floor consisting of a King master bedroom and private en suite and a queen bedroom overlooking the pool. For the children, a bunk area off the hallway is also available. Additional space is located on the ground floor with queen bedroom, bath and living area with wonderful views of Lily Pad Cove.

Do you love art, well Feelin’ Froggy has lots of unique one of a kind bronze, pottery, water color, acrylic and mixed media 3D art for you to admire. Since the owner is constantly creating and collecting new pieces if an art piece interest you with a tag on it, please let us know as it is for sale.

For added fun, take on the scavenger hunt for little frogs and sea creatures scattered around the home and try to find the magic palm tree. Hint: it can only be seen at night. If you and your family are able to find them all there is a special surprise in it for you!
