It's all about location with this condo near the beach! Guests can spend the day exploring, boating, and sailing, then shower off at the outdoor shower and relax in the shared community pool. The fully-equipped kitchen will make cooking for everyone a breeze - but you can always cook up on the shared charcoal grill as well. At the end of it all, tuck into one of the queen beds or up in the loft.

The beach is just a few steps from this home, as is a selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. The beautiful St. George Island Lighthouse is located in the middle of the island just under a mile away. St. George Island State Park is a short nine mile drive away, offering beautiful beaches, sand dunes, and salt marshes. Enjoy the local seafood from one of the many eateries or catch your own dinner aboard one of the many local fishing charters.

* Please note that Neptune’s Palace Condos will be undergoing pool repairs in January (Jan. 9th -30th, 2022). This means that the pool will be closed and there may be construction debris and noise.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in St. George Island, this condo is near the beach. St George Lighthouse and St. George Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve and Orman House Historic State Park. Downtown Books & Purl and Apalachicola Chocalate Company are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
