It's as if the sea and sand are another room in the house! The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill. The community pool entrance is nearby.
Open the digital lock and go up the stairs to the first level, where you will find the comfortable open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a half bath, and the beachfront deck. The home features tile/wood look flooring throughout the home. Stretch out to watch TV or listen to the stereo from the comfortable couches, one of which opens into a queen sleeper. Curl up in front of the electric fireplace on chilly nights. Whip up some margaritas and nachos in the well-equipped kitchen, while your sous chef hangs out at one of the counter bar stools, all while never losing sight of that sparkling blue sea. Serve up a fantastic meal at the rectangular table with comfortable seating for six. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located on the beach, this vacation home is in East End, a neighborhood in St. George Island. St. George Lighthouse and St George Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve and Orman House Historic State Park. Downtown Books & Purl and Apalachicola Chocalate Company are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
