Unit F-1 is a ground-level unit in the Villas of St. George Island with sliding glass doors that open to a large private patio with views and access to the pool and only a few steps away from the boardwalk leading to the amazing beach. The condo has a fresh new look with calming colors, new sectional couch, new dining room table, new oven and dishwasher, and new guest beds. Condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a convertible sleeper sofa in the living room! It will sleep 6 (possibly 7) comfortably. Brand new smart TVs are located in all rooms and Wifi is included! There is also a large assortment of books and board games to choose from in the living room.

The living room features amazing views of the pool and ocean through the back sliding glass doors and there is a large assortment of books and board games to choose from in the TV cabinet.

The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, smart tv, dresser, ensuite bathroom, large closet, and sliding glass doors with darkening shades for those mornings you want to sleep late. The sliding glass doors also provide access to the covered patio with amazing views of the pool and ocean!

The guest bedroom features a twin-size and full-size bed, TV, dresser, and large closet. Guest bathroom located right outside the bedroom door.

Stackable washer and dryer located inside the guest bathroom!

Property amenities include a grill that is conveniently located right outside the back patio sliding door for your grilling pleasure! There is also access to a bike rack, kayak rack, and fishing cleaning station!

Turnkey is Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is a four-day minimum rental required for the rest of the year, except holiday weeks where we request weekly rentals.

Located in St. George Island, this condo is near the beach. Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve and Orman House Historic State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Downtown Books & Purl and Apalachicola Chocalate Company.
