The house is on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood ideal for walking with the childen, just a mile away from the bay side beaches and a short drive or bike ride to the National Seashore.

A bright and sunny living room captures the seaside essence of Cape Cod. Two armchairs, a love seat and sofa, and a flat screen TV are sure to make this spot great for entertaining.
Both full bathrooms feature nautical decor and sparkling counters.
Savor a quiet cup of coffee at the kitchen table, or gather everyone around the dining room table in our delightful sun room featuring another large TV and lots of board games.
During your downtime, head down to the basement and challenge your companions to a game of Foosball, ping pong, pool or air hockey.
Outside, the deck has plenty of room for dining and entertaining, and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand.
A large backyard allows plenty of room for the young ones to get out and play, while the adults prepare a barbecue on the outdoor grill. Enjoy an evening game of volleyball or corn hole.
After a day of activities, you’ll look forward to relaxing in one of the 4 bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms feature two plush queen beds.The upstairs bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed, and three twin beds.
For families traveling with kids, the property includes a stroller, high chair, and pack n play

We do have towels and sheets available for your use, or you may bring your own. We have a washer and dryer, and we would ask that you wash, dry, and fold any of our linens you use. Beach towels not provided.
