''3 By the Sea'' is one of a kind luxury property providing the ability to sleep 14 people in three different homes on the same property.
This could be you...: Walk to the beach and explore the flats or relax in the sand. In the evening sit on your deck under the umbrella or grab a beverage at your personal outdoor bar. Grill up some food at the outdoor kitchen and steam some lobsters while the kids swim. Move on to the huge lawn area and play volleyball, wiffle ball, or bocce ball. Walk to the beach with a cocktail to see an amazing sunset. Sit in your Adirondack chairs and enjoy good stories while listening to the crackle of the wood in the fire pit. Entertain the kids with an outdoor movie in the pavilion. You'll be happy here!
The first house is detached, and offers 2 bedrooms, along with new 2 1/2 baths. It features a deck, farmers porch, granite counters, outdoor shower, laundry, and central air.
The other two houses are attached by a two car garage, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath and 3 bedroom, 2 bath home have it all: central air, granite counters, stainless appliances, laundry in the basements, and beautiful mahogany decks to dine on. A must visit summer rental for multiple families who, at the end of the day, want their own space to relax.
Great family getaway: All three homes are situated on a 3/4 acre lot with a large yard that is equipped with a 20x40 in ground, heated salt water pool, volleyball net, outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit for the colder evenings. There is an outside pavilion area with a bar and tv. This is a great place to gather the entire group for meals and activities - even if it's raining we have a large indoor dining room that can accommodate your group!
These cottages are walking distance to Cooks Brook Beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway Landing, where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and go striper fishing in Town Cove. Other close amenities are: great restaurants, mini golf, shopping, flea market, go carts, walking trails and charter boats. Be the first to enjoy this Cape Cod experience in style!
Family vacation with comfort: How many times have you been away with friends or family and say that you would love to do that again if you had your own space to retreat to. This property could not be set up better for someone like you. Each family can have their own house but you are close enough to enjoy outdoor activities and meals together. Now you can go on vacation with your family and friends and enjoy yourself.
** Pool heating is included in stays of 7 nights or more. If you book less than 7 nights the charge for heating the pool is an additional $200. ** This charge has to be manually added to the booking or can be taken care of directly with the owners.
