This property is in a prime location. Bringing or renting bikes or kayaks? Only 1/4 mile to Salt Pond Visitors Center at the Cape Cod National Seashore and quick easy access to the bike trail.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is on a large corner lot shared with a one bedroom Cottage. A large, open, partially fenced lawn area complete with horseshoe pits and plenty of on site parking, even for your boat. This early 1900's farm house maintains that charm but with a now open 1st floor plan that accommodates families large and small. Along with a new outdoor shower, the 1st floor has the main bathroom, a kitchen with a gas stove which is an open dining and living room. Also on the 1st floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed. The second floor has another bathroom with a "kid size" shower and two bedrooms. One with two twins the other with a twin and bunks. This property also has a separate 1 bedroom cottage that has been completely renovated, that if available could make it the family compound by the sea that you're looking for.
