Everything in the house is brand new! 2 minute walk to the beach and a gorgeous new saltwater pool! Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Ideal private location just north of Campground Beach and about 1.5 miles from Rt. 6. No highway noise - just the peaceful sounds of the bay here! Points of interest such as National Seashore, Coast Guard Beach, Sam's Deli and more are approximately 10 minutes away by car. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is about 2 miles away for exploring the Outer Cape on bikes! 
The interior is sparkling new with fresh paint, hardwood floors, all brand new appliances and fixtures, and central AC throughout. The main level features a half bath, two bedrooms with ensuite full baths and a spacious living/dining area and kitchen. Walk out onto the patio and enjoy outdoor dinners with bay breezes. The lower level features a large living area and two more bedrooms with ensuite full baths, plus a laundry area with brand new washer and dryer. Walk out from this level into the backyard and take a dip in the beautiful new saltwater pool or rinse off in the outdoor shower. 
This home has been designed to be the ultimate beach house - just steps from the beach and fully outfitted with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation on the Cape. 
*Please note, the pool is open Memorial Day weekend through end of September. It is saltwater and not heated.*

**We welcome approved low-impact DOGS  - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation**
We will need to know the following information regarding your dog:

Any shedding?

Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up?

Any issues with chewing furnishings?

Barking while unattended or while attended?

Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?

Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay?
**Renters bring their own sheets, towels etc. Please inquire if you are interested in having linens delivered to the home for an additional fee.**

Nauset Rental will provide you with your check in instructions prior to your arrival. You will be provided with a key code so that you can go directly to the house upon check in time. We will be available during your stay should anything come up.

Located in Eastham, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Cape Cod National Seashore and Cape Cod Beaches can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Ocean Edge Golf Club.
