Welcome to this lovely Cape Cod Eastham house is perfect for family and mature guests. This charming property offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath home is very clean and well maintained. Has air conditioner in each bedroom, living room and sunroom. Bedrooms with a mix of queen, full, and two twin beds. A fully stocked kitchen with island, dining area, family room, sun room all perfect for a family and guests to have space to relax. With amenities like WiFi, and a washer and dryer, your stay will be comfortable and convenient. Bright open living room with cathedral ceiling and sunroom. First floor master bedroom with private full bathroom (shower and tub), TV, and walk in closet. First floor half bathroom with enclosed laundry. Wood floors throughout first floor. Two additional bedrooms on second floor, plus full bathroom (shower and tub) and loft with a reading nook. Large deck along back of house with plenty of outdoor seating and outdoor furniture, gas grill, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. Farmer’s porch in front of house with seating to relax and enjoy the quiet. Provided with your stay: mattress pad and blanket for each bed, bathmat with each tub/shower in bathroom and dish towels. Guest need to bring: sheets, towels, and pillows.
