This charming pet friendly 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is spotless with upscale modern Cape Cod decor. Main level has fully equipped eat in kitchen and comfortable living room. This home could work as a 4 bedroom house with two rooms located on the main level, one with a king bed and the second with a futon. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second level, one with a queen and the other with 2 twins, along with the second full bathroom. You will stay cool on the hot summer days with 3 window A/C units. (One installed in each of the 3 bedrooms.) Relax in the private back yard with a large deck and outside shower. This is just the start of a great getaway. Take your meal outside to relax with the breeze on cook on the gas grill. Owners stock the garage with items to make the beach even more fun including sand toys, chairs and boogie boards. Washer and dryer are located in the basement to help make your vacation even more convenient. This home is close to everything, yet far enough removed to insure the Cape experience.
