You and your family cannot beat the charm of this two bedroom house in Eastham. Water views out the sun room & tons of natural light brings the outdoors in, sit back and relax at the night by the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire feature. Come unwind and enjoy all that the Cape has to offer.

The Space:
Your home away from home has everything you need to enjoy all that the Cape has to offer from relaxing at the beach to fishing, hiking, shopping and eating in town.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals: refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee lovers will enjoy the drip coffee pot.

The kitchen is an eat in kitchen with a dining table and room for four.

Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking/serving items including: cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware.

The living room has a large and comfortable sofa, a real wood burning fireplace, and large smart TV with streaming capabilities. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc.

Off the kitchen is a charming sun room with lounge chairs. Many of our guests say the relaxing in the room are A++ and water views from this room are stunning!

The bathroom has a walk in shower. There is also an outdoor shower.

Outdoors: Amazing outdoor space with a table eat at, a fire pit, Adirondack chairs and a hammock. There is also a a gas grill and outdoor shower!

Two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: king size bed
Bedroom 2: twin trundle bed, aka the bed pulls out to become two twin size beds.

One level living with only one step to enter the home, perfect for those with mobility issues.

Parking for 3 cars, central AC to keep you cool during the summer. Hotel quality 100% cotton linens, towels, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash all provided for our guests.

Please note the owners have a shed on the property that they use for their storage and store their boat in the driveway. Either of these may be used during your stay but should be minimal.

Guest Access:
Everything you need for a great stay, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machines, detergent, and more!

The Neighborhood:
There is a walkway across the street that gives access to Town Cove. Although no beach within walking distance, you can rent a kayak right across the street at Goose Hummock Marine Shop. Only five minutes from Dyer Prince Beach.

Other Things to Note:

With prior approval from the host, you are welcome to bring your pets along. There is a fee of $50 per animal, and a maximum of one dogs. No cats or other animals allowed. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. Sorry no puppies!

Don't worry about accidental damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee of up to $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to your host before you depart. Pets: Damage caused by pets is not covered by the accidental damage waiver.

Eastham is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod National Seashore and Nauset Beach. Orleans Bowling Center and Edward Penniman House and Barn are also worth visiting.
