Contemporary oceanfront at East Sandwich Beach! This comfortably furnished home sits top the sand dunes with Cape Cod Bay spanning before it. Enjoy a contemporary interior with hardwood floors, gas fireplace, and Kitchen with center island and counter top dining.

The Kitchen opens to the Living Room which leads out to the wrap around deck on the lower level. Each Bedroom has it's own flat screen TV, both 2nd floor Bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to the upper level deck, and Central AC cools the entire home.

3 full Baths keep everyone in the family happy, and full Laundry facilities on the first floor make for an easy vacation. Step right over the dunes and spend your week at the beach relaxing on the beautiful sand bars of East Sandwich Beach.
With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag, compliments of the homeowner, contains starter quantities of kitchen and bathroom essentials, with a few locally sourced snacks as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
