The charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located in East Marion; a (literal) stone's throw from a private sand beach, a few short miles from the charming village of Greenport, and a short drive to countless wineries and vineyards.
Enjoy spectacular waterfront living on a picturesque property with a heated pool overlooking Gardiners Bay, Shelter Island and historic Bug Light Lighthouse. Wake up to breakfast watching the sunrise over Gardiners Bay either inside the luxurious sunroom or outside on the lovely covered poolside back deck. Spend the rest of the day lounging in the heated pool overlooking Shelter Island, fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding right in the bay in the backyard. Or enjoy a game of bocce on the waterfront bocce court.
For the adventurous type, you can take advantage of all the outings the North Fork has to offer including hiking, fishing, wineries, art galleries, shopping and local farmstands. For the sporting types, take advantage of the nearby tennis courts, Island's End golf course (1 mile down the road), or numerous scenic bike rides. At the end of the day, enjoy a glass of wine from one of the more than 55 local vineyards or wineries, BBQ locally sourced food and toast marshmallows in the fire pit overlooking the water (or in the comfort of the family room.)
The house comfortably sleeps 7-9. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have direct water views (and provide an amazing spot to watch the sunrise from the comfort of your bed) - one has a queen size bed and the other has a full size bed with a twin trundle. The sun room has a pullout queen sofa bed and floor to ceiling windows with views of the water on three sides. The house also features a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen and dining room, and a 2-car garage.
The house comes with complimentary kayaks, paddleboard and ping pong table. Washer/dryer, A/C, ceiling fans, wifi internet access and internet TV are also complimentary.

Located in East Marion, this vacation home is on the beach. East End Seaport Maritime Museum and Railroad Museum of Long Island are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Camera Obscura and Greenport Carousel. Traveling with kids? Consider Norman E. Klipp Marine Park and Shelter Island Whale's Tail. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
