The house has a large back yard for sports and BBQ-ing, and its own private dock for launching kayaks, SUPs, canoes and more. (2 kayaks + 2 SUPs included in rental). The back of the house has multiple decks (upper and lower), including a covered seating area for the world's best sunsets, a full outdoor dining area, and a luxurious fire pit by the water.
Walking distance to the private Clearwater beach, and a 10-minute drive to downtown East Hampton, or to the east end's best Amagansett beaches.
The house is fully equipped for quality cooking and serving 10+ either indoors, outdoors, or both. Bathrooms are fully stocked - just pack your bathing suit and enjoy the summer fun.
Located in East Hampton, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center and Old Hook Mill are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Napeague State Park and Hither Woods Preserve. Kaplan Meadows Sanctuary and East Hampton Village Nature Trail and Wildlife Sanctuary are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
