The Space:

This newly constructed sprawling farmhouse style home was built in 2023 on a double lot in Clearwater Beach. With over 6,000 sqft of finished space throughout the home, it has five bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths. The first floor consists of a large chef's kitchen with two stoves, two dishwashers, ice maker & beverage fridge and a fully stocked pantry for all your cooking needs. It's the perfect kitchen for entertaining guests. There is a formal dining room and large open living room with fireplace with plenty of comfy seating. On the main floor there are two half baths for guests as well as the primary bedroom en-suite and a private office. Laundry is on the first and second floor for maximum convenience. The second floor has one guest bedroom with a private en-suite and two guest bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom with private water closet, private shower room and common sink area. There is also a bonus room above the two car garage with an arcade gaming system with over 20,000 games to choose from, large screen TV with lots of seating and a dry bar area with beverage fridge that is accessible from the main house. The lower level is fully finished with a movie theater area, pool table, full bathroom, guest bedroom and gym/workout area with a walkout to the backyard. Outdoor living is at it's best with large covered patio equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a 30 x 15 heated gunite swimming pool with sunshelf in the expansive backyard with lots of privacy. The outdoor shower is a great place to rinse off after a long day at the beach. Enjoy all the comforts of summer in this magnificent home. The house is fully equipped with everything one might need while enjoying the Hamptons. This home also has the best wi-fi system indoors and outdoors for maximum speed and connectivity. The house is located about half a mile to Clearwater Beach which is a private beach to pass holders. Clearwater Beach has a lifeguard on duty from July 4th thru Labor Day, a Bocci Ball court, playground, picnic area and marina. Boat slips are a possibility if rental acquired early enough in the season although not a guarantee. Additional fee required.
Guest Access:

Tenants have access to all areas of the home with the exception of any locked cabinets. Tampering with locked cabinets could result in a damage fee or early termination of lease as any locked cabinets are considered private.

Clearwater Beach is a private beach community with marina, beachfront, bocce ball court, barbecue area, and amazing sunsets. Key card provided for tenants stay.
