The glass tile lined heated gunite pool sits in the sun from morning to night, but also offers shade beneath the oaks, umbrellas and second floor deck. In the front yard lies a beautiful playground, gardens and stone walls.
The last house on a short lane located just across from Three Mile Harbor Marina. A five minute drive or fifteen minute bike ride to East Hampton and Amagansett villages, ocean and bay beaches. A five minute walk to the Harbor and a gourmet market. this home is the perfect destination for the quintessential Hamptons summer retreat.
