Full home renovation including new kitchen, master bedroom, new bathrooms and outdoor shower completed in June 2020. Contact us for more recent reviews. Perfect for large groups, with five large and comfortable bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for vacation including beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach blankets & towels), bikes, kid gear (high chair, crib, play kitchen, toys galore), and pool accessories (adult floats, pool toys, children's floaties, pool towels). Great for working from home.
In peak season, we provide renters with our old 2004 Land Rover. This has a resident-only ocean beach parking pass, which means you can park at all town of East hampton beaches (amagansett and Montauk included). Car is for licensed & insured drivers only; and can only be used for beach trips.
The large, fenced in backyard has a huge, heated, gunite pool with a safety, automatic retractable cover. There are lounge chairs for the pool and a hammock. The deck is right off the kitchen, and extends toward the pool, with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. New outdoor shower with changing space, located right off the deck / pool area.
Inside, the layout of the house features two wings, one with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the other with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Finished basement has a washer/dryer, Peloton bike, couch & TV, plus a play kitchen and more toys for kids.
This home is located in the Clearwater Beach Community. Once a well-kept secret amongst locals, Clearwater beach in Springs is quickly becoming one of the most desirable locations in the Hamptons. Featuring a lifeguarded pristine bay beach and tons of recreation amenities (picnic facilities, grills, playground, kayak storage, and more.) We provide key card access to the beach for our guests.
Take in the beauty of the surrounding historic Springs area. Minutes from secluded beaches on Gerard point, the famed Jackson Pollak house and the old -style springs general store. You can also drive to the oceanside beaches and the villages of East Hampton or Amagansett in about 10 minutes.
