Summer fun! Consider this your modern treehouse. The first floor has 2 bedrooms + 1 kids room with Twin-over-twin bunk beds (currently shown as room with 2 toddler beds and one convertible sofa, pending photo update) as well as 2 bathrooms and a reading nook. The upstairs has an open dining, living & kitchen space and the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. 2 decks (one at the living/dinning level, one at the pool level), heated pool, lots of privacy, outdoor shower, grill. The house is baby/toddler friendly with staircase gate, pool alarm, travel crib and playpen, high chair etc... For the adults, 2 kayaks are available for use down the lane, with access to beautiful 3-Mile Harbor.
East Hampton is home to this villa.
