The house is located in a calm neighborhood, 5 min from the East Hampton Village and all it's restaurants and close to a diversity of beaches. Excellent location for biking, walking or running.
With sunlight exposure during the entire day, the house is bright and inviting.
On the first floor, you'll find the kitchen, office, living and dining rooms and a powder room.
On the second floor, you'll find all 4 bedrooms, connected by a well lit corridor.
The house is spacious, impeccably decorated and very well taken care of. The office in the first floor, is separated from the living by a beautiful staircase and gorgeous lighting fixture. The living room is the perfect place for a night time movie or a gathering with friends.
At night, the illuminated front and back yards do their own shows giving our guests the perfect combination of the swimming pool day fun with the bucolic images of the greenery. Pool is heated.
Barbecue grill on the back yard. Basketball hoop by the garage and by the pool.
Fully equipped gym with cardio and weight equipment.
Perfect place to enjoy East Hampton during any season.
