The front door leads into the main level of the house featuring a large dining area (seats eight) which is open to the fully equipped modern kitchen and inviting living room. A large deck ready for elegant entertaining can be accessed from both the living room and kitchen. The main level of the house also contains a bedroom with a Queen size bed with access to a full bath. The second floor contains a large master suite with private balcony, large closets, bathtub and a separate shower and a second bedroom suite with a private full bathroom and garden views off its own private deck. All bedrooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and filled with sunlight. The finished basement has a large media/family room with a large sectional sofa bed (Sleeps 2) and contains a 75'' flat screen HDTV with Netflix streaming capabilities for rainy days, and an a office with a 1/2 Bathroom and a entertaining room with a wetbar, ice maker, 2nd refrigerator and washer/dryer.
The home has 5 televisions with IPTV streaming TV, Netflex streaming capabilities, WIFI access, central AC, fireplace, outdoor shower, propane grill and patio furniture.
The outdoor area is private, spacious and lush featuring the wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining area, heated 20 x 40 pool, Hot tub and beautifully landscaped yard with trees and a lovely garden. A separate pool house with a mini refrigerator blender, and ice maker are perfect for making margaritas or enjoying a beverage by the pool. This outdoor space completes the picture for an exceptional summer vacation in the Hamptons.
Three Mile Harbor is just 10 minutes from the village of East Hampton & Amagansett and beautiful ocean beaches, organic farm stands, funky art galleries, the John Drew theatre, Guild Hall, Ross School, and great restaurants, world-class stores, jam-packed cultural events, and so much more. East Hampton is the ideal place for a summer vacation with magnificent world famous white-sand bay and ocean beaches, live theatre (and movies), more than 20 art galleries, and wonderful local farm stands. It has a wide variety of fabulous gourmet restaurants, as well as options for casual dining. Enjoy great boutique shopping, water sports, fishing, kayaking, and biking.
