The porch has full day sun and an unobstructed woods view. Morning walks in the 2.5 acre trails behind the house are amazing. The outdoor shower has rain shower head and is a perfect unwind after a beach day. BBQ on deck in the evenings or choose from the many amazing restaurants open for take out. Every cooking appliance you may need available. Entire house is yours, other than some storage. Books, games, deck chairs, bikes all for your use. Cats ok. Dogs negotiable.

Regal UA East Hampton and LongHouse Reserve are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Kaplan Meadows Sanctuary and East Hampton Village Nature Trail and Wildlife Sanctuary.
