Small-medium , perfectly trained dogs ~45 lbs or less may be accepted with prior written approval-

In the summer season, propane is pay per use for heating the pool.
Of note... the pool heater has not been necessary in prior years June- Labor Day as it gets heated by plenty of natural sun.
This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock.
**The 1300 sq ft lower level has undergone complete renovation. The lower level has a private office, full bathroom, washer/dryer, wet bar cabinet/coffee bar with floating bar table with velvet chairs, lounge area with 60” tv, a peloton which guests are welcome to use (just bring your own cycling shoes!!) also lots of open space for work outs or play.
The main level was also remodeled with new floors, doors, countertops, anderson casement windows/glider and upgrades throughout.
Located in East Hampton, this vacation home is near the beach. Sag Harbor State Golf Course and Regal UA East Hampton are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore The Hamptons Beaches and Napeague State Park. Ready for a night out? Consider The Stephen Talkhouse and The Watermill Center. Motor boating and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking nearby.
