Welcome to this gorgeous, newly renovated half-acre retreat with private gated entry, nestled on a quiet residential street. Ideally located, the home is just a five-minute drive—equidistant to both Sag Harbor and East Hampton Main Streets—where you’ll find some of the finest dining, shopping, and cultural experiences the East End has to offer.
Inside, the main level offers a bright and stylish open-concept living space perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. A brand-new kitchen with a waterfall island opens into a beautifully furnished living area featuring high vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, and designer pieces from Restoration Hardware, West Elm, and Pottery Barn. Natural light creates an airy and welcoming atmosphere. Just off the main space is a serene Primary Suite with an attached spa bath, as well as a Guest Bedroom furnished with two twin XL beds that can be converted into a king. A second full bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower completes this level.
The lower level features a generously sized third bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath, along with a fully equipped private gym including a Peloton, free weights, resistance bands, and a hula hoop. This level also includes a large, sunlit recreational room and a laundry area. All bedrooms have luxury linens and down comforters, and the home is equipped with high-speed internet.
An additional added bonus to the property is a separate designated workspace.

Step outside into your private backyard oasis, which features a sparkling heated pool and two spacious outdoor dining decks—perfect for al fresco meals, sunbathing, and entertaining under the open sky. For a change of pace, enjoy the nearby beaches, wineries, golf courses, scenic bike trails, and beautiful parks—all within easy reach.

We do not rent to young adults under the age of 28 unless accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The home is monitored for compliance. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction without refund and may incur additional charges. Reservations made under false pretenses will be void, and check-in will be denied. No exceptions.
East Hampton is home to this vacation home. While the natural beauty of The Hamptons Beaches and East Hampton Main Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Shinnecock Hills Golf Course.
Jonathan Adler and Sag Harbor Whaling and Historical Museum are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and water skiing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
