ABOUT THE COTTAGE

Step inside the airy sunroom, where natural light pours through picture windows and skylights. Cathedral ceilings create an open atmosphere that makes for an enjoyable social space with futon and armchair seating.

Whip up family meals in the spacious kitchen with a full suite of appliances including a gas range and French-door fridge. Enjoy your meals around a dining table with seating for six.

Or heat up the gas grill to prepare a barbecue and dine alfresco on the water-view deck. For dessert, roast marshmallows over the wood-burning firepit.

Up to six guests can settle onto the inviting couch and sitting chairs in the living room to watch movies on a 40” flat screen TV with BluRay player.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located in East Boothbay, this vacation home is on the beach. Carousel Music Theater and Boothbay Region Historical Society Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and Maine State Aquarium. Boothbay Railway Village and Dolphin Mini Golf are also worth visiting.
