Swim or fish right from the dock, or spread out in the open backyard to watch clouds with the kids. Whether you want to be secluded or feel as if you have a whole resort at your fingertips, this home is a crowd-pleaser for every occasion.
You can enjoy everything the Northwoods has to offer. A few miles away in Eagle River, there is shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. Just down the road from this home, you can access miles of snowmobile trails during the winter. During the summer, you'll have lake access from the house, and you can enjoy fishing, swimming, and any boating activities you choose on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes! Boat Sport Marina is less than three miles away and directly on Voyageur Lake if you're looking for a boat or snowmobile rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
