This listing consists of two separate 3 bedroom / 2 bath homes as part of a very large 3 story home that is located just over a mile from downtown Durango and 24 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Each home has its a separate entrance and there is plenty of street parking (no meters) and offstreet parking.
The homes also feature a private hot tub and yard as well as fully stocked kitchens and the usual amenities expected from a vacation rental (washer/dryer, fast WIFI, BBQ etc.). The home on the top floor features AC while the home on the bottom floor stays plenty cool since its functions like a basement. The owners are an older couple who live on the middle floor of the 3 story home when they are not traveling but have a completely separate entrance.

Located in Durango, this vacation home is in the mountains. Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Animas Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Durango Discovery Museum and Historic Tram Park.
