This enchanting residence is nestled on a spacious 1.5-acre parcel of land, surrounded by majestic pine trees and conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown. As you step inside, you are greeted by a generously sized living room adorned with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six and leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a charming island featuring bar seating for three. Step outside to the expansive back deck and fenced yard, where you'll find a gas grill, gas fire pit, and ample seating, creating an inviting space for outdoor gatherings. The main floor also hosts a bedroom with two twin beds, a convenient half bath, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Ascending to the upper level, you'll discover a spacious loft area complete with a comfortable couch that transforms into a queen sofa sleeper, a ping pong table, and an array of books, games, puzzles, and toys to entertain both children and adults alike. Continuing on, the upper level is home to the luxurious master suite and two additional bedrooms. The master suite boasts a plush king-sized bed, a cozy gas fireplace, and an en suite bath featuring a shower, a large soaking tub, and a separate vanity area. A unique feature of the property is the newly converted bunkhouse, located just steps from the main home.
