Our 2,500 square foot residence was built in 2015 and won the People's Choice category in the Durango Parade of Homes. The residence features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and is located 5 miles (9 minutes) from downtown Durango and 33 miles from Purgatory ski area and just 5 mins from Lake Nighthorse.

Situated on 3.6 acres offering privacy and seclusion - yet just minutes from downtown Durango and at an elevation of 7,200 feet, always cooler in the summer than downtown. Enjoy an alpine setting with room to roam and exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience. Each of the bedrooms have an AC Unit for those few days of summer when opening the windows at night is not quite enough to cool the home down.

The house features amazing outdoor living space including a hot tub, gas fire pit, dining table, pergola, 2nd outdoor table and couch, gas grill and hammock with room for two. The generously equipped kitchen features gas stove, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The main living space features a wood burning fireplace, wood floors, and a 48" flat screen TV. The professional ping pong table is located in the garage along with Corn Hole and Ladderball. We also offer fast Starlink WIFI and Direct TV.

The house sleeps 12 and is perfect for multiple families as it features two living spaces each with TV and the upstairs living space features a multi-arcade game with 60 classic arcade games and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have in suite bathrooms and TVs. The 4th bathroom is located off the loft.

ATVs cannot be ridden on the property or in the neighborhood. Depending on specific conditions, 4WD or AWD may or may not be required between late December and early March.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
