Lockes Mountain Lodge is a true mountain vacation rental nestled in the stunning San Juan Mountains, overlooking the gorgeous pastures of the James Ranch and Animas River Valley. The lodge sits at an Altitude of 6,800ft Making this the perfect place for those that are not use to higher altitudes. Enjoy the magnificent mountain views in our 6 Person Hot Tub.

Bedroom 2- King + Private Half Bath Upstairs
Bedroom 3- King + Semi Private Bath with only access to Laundry, Also leads out to Patio.

•Private covered and uncovered patio with propane grill. (Starter propane tank provided, must go fill if more is needed during your stay). DO NOT ROAST ANYTHING OVER THE FIRE PIT.

• Covered patio for bikes, skis as well as an entryway Mudroom, please no shoes in the home besides the mudroom entrance.

No pets, we do have security cameras at the exterior entrances of the home. If we see anyone trying to sneak in a pet you will be immediately asked to leave with no refund.
Located in Durango, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a river. Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Animas Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include James Ranch and The Powerhouse. Traveling with kids? Consider Durango Arts Center and Historic Tram Park. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the sledding and snowmobiling.
