Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo (Unit 10) is located in the Sitzmark Building at Purgatory Resort and offers convenience in all seasons. This is a slope side retreat right at the base of one of Purgatory’s favorite runs, Lower Hades (just walk up to Lower Hades from the townhome). Ski down to the high-speed six pack in the morning, and ski right back to your door in the afternoon. In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are just the other side of the front door. This location cannot be beat, and it’s close to skier base area, all of the restaurants and shops, and the primary amenities of the main skier village at Purgatory. This is a 3-level condo.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Located in Durango, this condo is in the mountains. Silverton Railroad Depot and Silverton Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Purgatory Resort and Cliffs at Tamarron. Take in the nearby slopes with skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding.
