Your basecamp for exploration of Southwest Colorado. Minutes from Durango Airport with easy access to Durango, Pagosa, Vallecito and more. Plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy a peaceful evening in front of the fire, or enjoy the stars from the front porch.
This is a beautiful lot on the outskirts of Durango, with plenty of parking space and room to breathe. The house is surrounded by fenced yard. We do have neighbors on either side of the home, so please be respectful of their privacy.
This is a rural home outside of Durango. Along main routes to Ignacio, Durango, Pagosa Springs and Vallecito Lake.
There is currently some construction across the road, as new homes are being built.
Durango is home to this farm stay. Chapman Hill Ice Rink and Ski Area and Hillcrest Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Perins Peak State Wildlife Area and Animas River. Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Durango Discovery Museum are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowmobiling.
