SkiBreeze Purgatory is located directly across from Purgatory Resort and is perfect for your vacation any time of year. The townhome features 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bath. The gourmet kitchen with granite tile counters and Kitchen Aid appliances includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area. Enjoy great views of Engineer Mountain and the ski slopes from either balcony or take a short walk to the beautiful community gazebo with space for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit and outdoor sitting area. The home is located near a stocked pond for fishing and kayaking in the summer, and the nordic center for cross country skiing in the winter. The master bedroom features a gas fireplace and balcony with amazing views of the resort.

The $16/night resort fee included in the quote is the required fee that must be charged by the Durango Mountain Master Assocition. An additional $16/night resort fee is also included giving you access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility.
Located in Durango, this vacation home is in the mountains. Silverton Railroad Depot and Nellie are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake of the Pines and Animas River. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling, hiking/biking trails, and horse riding nearby.
