Our 3 bed / 2.5 bath cabin (Gabriel's cabin) sits directly on the Animas River on over 3 acres and is only 4 miles (6 minutes) to historic Downtown Durango. Enjoy a private river front setting with room to room to roam (and fish), while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreational experiences that Durango has to offer. The ample outdoor space/decks with seating and a gas fire pit will allow you to enjoy the amazing setting on the Animas River.
The cabin features the expected vacation rental amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided) and there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. High speed Starlink WIFI was installed in March 2024 with speeds over 100mbs. While the kitchen is fully stocked - it does not have a dishwasher.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Durango Arts Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Chapman Hill Ice Rink and Ski Area and Hillcrest Golf Club. The Powerhouse and Historic Tram Park are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.
