Two additional bedrooms (king bed / 2 twins) on the opposite side of the house with a shared bathroom. The backyard is fenced in for your pups with a 7' x 5’ rectangular fire pit for 6-8 adults. Hang out outside all year long enjoying the amazing mountain views while enjoying the gas fire pit and a beverage of your choice.
Take advantage of miles of world-class skiing 15 mins from house, hiking, and mountain biking trails, raft the waters of the Animas River, explore historic downtown Durango (10 mins from home), or climb aboard the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad for a scenic trip through the breathtaking canyons of the San Juan National Forest. At day's end, retreat back for a BBQ with friends and family with unspoiled mountain views.
The home also offers a 25 acre private hiking park right out the front door as part of the neighborhood.. It is the perfect location for all activities and enjoyment and conveniences including Durango Hot Springs Spa, PJ’s grocery store, Hermosa Grill, Purgatory and downtown Durango.. Are you a golfer?
