A wonderful 3 bedroom/2 bath rental (1,000 sq. ft.) with private access to Hermosa Creek. A master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with Queen bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds awaits you. There is a second full hall bath. A fully equipped kitchen allows for quiet dinners at home. PJ's Gourmet Market and Animas Wine & Spirits are a short 5 min. drive, as is Dalton Golf Club. We are perfectly situated 10 miles from Durango and 15 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort.
We live on the property, in a separate home, so are always there should you need anything at all.
This cottage is approximately 1,000 sq. ft.
Each bedroom has a smart tv. The Master bedroom has an en suite bath and well as a desk that can be used as a workspace.
There is a hall bath that services the other two bedrooms.
Located in Durango, this cottage is on the waterfront. Perins Peak State Wildlife Area and Jones Creek Trailhead reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and James Ranch. The Powerhouse and Durango Arts Center are also worth visiting.
