**The unit is on the 2nd floor of the complex and requires climbing multiple sets of stairs to access (42 total stairs).**
Settle in with a selection from the bookshelves, watch the deer visit from the deck, or just sit and watch the sun set over the San Juan Mountains. Convenient location to downtown and Fort Lewis College campus, this is a perfect spot to base your adventures.

Located in Durango, this condo is in the mountains and on a river. Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Center of Southwest Studies are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Durango Arts Center and The Powerhouse. Historic Tram Park and James Ranch are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and skiing, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling.
