This home only accepts long term rentals of 30 days or more per City regulations. Contracts are broken down into blocks of 4 weeks/28 days with a separate damage insurance policy of $54 to be paid per every 28 days. Please contact us for correct pricing for your length of stay. There is a one time exit cleaning fee per stay and a one time refundable damage deposit per stay.
