Completely renovated in 2025 and newly furnished in 2026, the cabin includes all the comforts expected in a quality mountain stay. Enjoy central A/C, high-speed WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside and hike directly from the property—on-site trails connect to National Forest trails right out the back door. Whether you’re soaking in the nearby hot springs, skiing at Purgatory, or relaxing under the stars, this cabin offers a serene base for exploring Durango.

The cabin is less then a 5 minute drive to the newly renovated Durango Hot Springs, Dalton Ranch Golf Club as well PJs Market and a great liquor store. Additionally it’s located on Country Road 203 know as one of the best road cycling routes in Durango with fresh asphalt, quiet country atmosphere and rides that extend to great destinations.
