This cozy cottage is just minutes from downtown Durango as well as two miles from Lake Nighthorse which is a lovely large recreational lake. The well appointed layout of this newly remodel space has a large downstairs bedroom, a gabled upstairs area that can accommodate an extra guest or can be used as an office. The kitchen opens up into a spacious dining area as well as a living room with a large screen TV and a sleeper sofa, that sleeps 2. The full bath includes a full bath and show, and a combination washer/dryer unit, prefect for small loads, while traveling. If you are looking to sit outside and enjoy the sunset dipping behind the mountains you have your own private side patio, if it is chilly out the sun room is a great place to relax.
