Also on the main floor is the 2nd bedroom with queen size murphy bed that can double as an office for today's remote worker. Mosey on up to the 2nd floor where you will find the spacious, master bedroom suite. Unwind with your favorite TV show or a luxurious shower surrounded by glass & marble. This little jewel just keeps on giving with located 2 short blocks to downtown Durango (a highly coveted feature) along with and one dedicated parking space right next to the home (street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis).
