Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom single level condo is all about it's exceptional location on historic 3rd Avenue just 3 blocks from the heart of Durango's Historic Main Avenue with its seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries. The fully-furnished condo features all of the amenities including AC, washer/dryer, high speed WIFI and 2 outdoor living spaces, one of which has views of Smelter Mountain. There are two assigned parking space under the condo and YouTube TV is available on the TVs.

2nd - Queen and TV
The townhome is not pet friendly.
A minimum 30+ days stay is required and the townhome has been priced based on a monthly stay.
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Chapman Hill Ice Rink and Ski Area and Hillcrest Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Durango Arts Center. The Powerhouse and Historic Tram Park are also worth visiting.
