1 bedroom with shared kitchen and bathroom. Durango is the gateway to the Weminuche Wilderness and the trailhead to the Colorado Trail. We are a stone's throw from the Animas River. There is a put in/take out less than 500 yards away. If you need a place to clean up after an epic backpack trip, 3 days of rock climbing SW Colorado or bike packing the Alpine Loop, this is the place! Durango is home to world class fly fishing and to myriad restaurants and outdoor gear shops for all your needs. We are quiet, non smokers. We are a clean and sober household. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats.
Durango is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Perins Peak State Wildlife Area and Animas River, while Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Animas Museum are cultural highlights. Durango Discovery Museum and Historic Tram Park are also worth visiting.
