Located in Historic Downtown Durango, a neighborhood in Durango, this condo is in the mountains. Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Durango Arts Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Chapman Hill Ice Rink and Ski Area and Hillcrest Golf Club. The Powerhouse and Historic Tram Park are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain climbing, cycling, and horse riding nearby.
